The abundance of litter on Massachusetts roadsides, conservation lands, parks, school grounds, and beaches is no April Fool's joke. Cleaning up the mess in Massachusetts is serious business for Keep Massachusetts Beautiful and our volunteers across the state.
Every spring, thousands of volunteers participate in Great Massachusetts Cleanup events to remove the vast amounts of litter that have accumulated in Massachusetts communities over the winter months.
These cleanups harness the positive energy of volunteers who collectively take action to remove 150+ tons of litter and debris from the Massachusetts landscape each year.
In addition to volunteers, these cleanups require equipment and supplies to be successful. That's where your help is needed.
Please help us reach our Earth Month fundraising goal of $5,000 by April 30. No donation amount is too small and every dollar helps with the purchase of supplies and moves us closer toward our vision of a cleaner, greener, litter-free Massachusetts.
