Rehoboth Annual Town-wide Spring Cleanup
The Rehoboth Annual Town-wide Spring Cleanup is a rain or shine event that takes place throughout the week of April 18 - 25th. Volunteers may choose any location in Rehoboth that needs to be cleaned. Join with your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to give our town a thorough spring cleaning!
Important Message for everyone who is picking up litter. We encourage you to follow important tips to keep you and your family safe.
Safety Tips For Picking Up Litter During the Coronavirus Pandemic
- Do not gather in groups of people
- Practice social distancing (maintain a 6-foot distance apart from other people).
- Wear a mask in case you come in contact with someone on the road.
- Wear protective gear such as gloves and bright color clothing. (Remember to remove gloves properly and wash hands afterward.)
- Use materials such as a pick-up stick to minimize contact with litter items.
- Remember not to touch your face.
- Talk with younger children about how to properly handle the materials they are picking up.
