X-WR-CALDESC:It’s our 13th year and as always\, we need your help to contin
 ue the tradition of uniting our Town Departments\, staff\, and community t
 o honor Earth Day as we prepare for Brewster in Bloom.  You are receiving 
 this e-mail because of your participation in the past and we would like to
  invite you to join us once again as a Team Captain.\n\nAt this time\, we 
 plan to use basically the same routes\, but that could change based upon t
 he level of volunteerism. Start times can vary but should not start before
  8 AM.  The event is finished when all of your team members finish their r
 outes and turn in their supplies. “Just in case” a rain date has been sche
 duled for the next day (Sunday\, April 27th). \n \nThanks to the generosit
 y of many local businesses\, we can once again offer a free volunteer appr
 eciation lunch starting at 12:30 at the Brewster Baptist Church. We’re con
 fident that there will be plenty for everyone.  \n\nPlease confirm your wi
 llingness to participate in Beautify Brewster 2025.  As a Team Captain\, w
 e are asking you to recruit and organize volunteers for your route with th
 e option of adding additional people as they contact the DNR office or Meg
  directly.  If you’re willing to Captain and round up your team\, but unab
 le to attend\, please name an alternate that could replace you on the day 
 of the cleanup.  \n\nLike last year\, the State is requiring that anyone o
 n the Route 6A cleanup routes must follow an additional procedure (it isn’
 t hard\, just different and we’ll share that with those specific team Capt
 ains).\n\nWe anticipate this year to be at least as big as last year. Whil
 e it’s important to clean up our roads\, it’s also important to provide da
 ta to larger non-profits who are fighting the same scourge as we are\, i.e
 .\, litter! We’re in the process of tightening up the data collection form
 s. We encourage you again to assign a data collector to every two pickers.
   Perhaps the data collector is someone who can’t bend and stoop\, but the
 y can walk\, and they want to participate! \n\nWe look forward to working 
 with you to make it another success.  Thank you for your continued support
