Talking Trash & Recycling with North Andover Sustainability Committee

Tuesday, July 28, 2020
10:00 am11:15 am
Zoom Call on July 28 at 10 a.m.

The cost and complexity of managing trash and recycling is a significant challenge for residents, municipalities, and businesses across Massachusetts.

Join the North Andover Sustainability Committee and Keep Massachusetts Beautiful on July 28 for a presentation and discussion of ways we can all reduce waste and improve recycling.

Our Talking Trash & Recycling program is an interactive presentation that teaches residents, employees, and students about what really happens to their trash and recyclables here in Massachusetts.

Attendees will learn ways to reduce the amount of trash they generate, improve their recycling habits, make small changes to lead a more sustainable lifestyle, and help the state of Massachusetts achieve its solid waste reduction goals. We also provide an overview of MassDEP's RecycleSmartMA program.

This interactive program is delivered in approximately 45 minutes, with 15 additional minutes of questions and answers at the end.
