Talking Trash & Recycling with the Town of Eastham
Are you confused about what should go in your trash barrel and what should go in your recycling bin?
Join Keep Massachusetts Beautiful and the Eastham Public Libary for a free Zoom presentation and discussion of ways we can all reduce waste and improve recycling.
The Talking Trash & Recycling program is an interactive presentation that will teach you what really happens to your trash and recyclables here in Eastham. You will learn ways to reduce the amount of trash you generate, improve your recycling habits, make small changes to lead a more sustainable lifestyle, and help Eastham achieve its solid waste reduction goals. We also provide an overview of MassDEP's RecycleSmartMA program.
This interactive program is delivered in approximately 45 minutes, with 15-30 additional minutes of questions and answers at the end.
