In this presentation, we will provide a quick overview of what it takes to launch a successful Keep Massachusetts Beautiful chapter in your community. We'll explain our "low barriers to entry" approach and how we can guide you through each step of the process. We want to make it as easy as possible for local leaders and environmental champions like you to get started and succeed over the long term.
Topics to be covered include:

• Gathering the facts: are other organizations in your community doing similar work?
• Getting organized: which organizational model is best for your community?
• Building a team: how can you recruit others to join your efforts?
• Communications & marketing: how can you build a tribe of loyal volunteers?
