Talking Trash & Recycling with the Ipswich Waste Reduction Advisory Committee

Attend Keep Massachusetts Beautiful’s Talking Trash & Recycling presentation via Zoom on Tuesday, March 15 from 6:30-7:45 p.m. to learn what happens to your trash and recyclables here in Ipswich. We’ll discuss the plastic pollution crisis and how we manage trash and recycling in Ipswich and across Massachusetts.
You will learn ways to reduce the amount of trash you generate, improve your recycling habits, and make easy changes to lead a more sustainable lifestyle. You’ll also get an overview of MassDEP’s innovative RecycleSmartMA website and learn some of the finer points about recycling.
This interactive program is delivered in 45 minutes, with 15-30 additional minutes for questions and answers at the end.
