Great Bourne Cleanup
Come join your family, friends, and neighbors to give the town of Bourne a thorough fall sweep before the snow starts to fly! This cleanup event offers volunteers the opportunity to get some fresh air while cleaning up the litter that has accumulated in Bourne over the past several months. Together, we can keep Bourne beautiful!
The Great Bourne Cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, December 10 from 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers should report to the Liberty Warehouse Liquors parking lot at 21 St. Margarets Street in Bourne any time between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on December 10.
Afterward, enjoy free pizza, courtesy of Bourne Liquor Store retailers.

All volunteers are urged to follow these safety guidelines:
• Wear rubber-lined gloves, use proper technique when removing gloves, and sanitize hands immediately upon completing your cleanup
• Use a trash grabber tool (Keep Massachusetts Beautiful has tools to lend out)
• Wear brightly colored clothing, clean up in the direction of oncoming traffic, and avoid stepping into the street whenever possible
