Norton Town Cleanup Day
Come help clean up Norton! There are many areas of town that could use some cleaning. Come as an individual or bring a group of friends, a family, a team, a club or a business. The more the merrier! Younger kids are welcome to join in but need to be with an adult as some of the cleaning is by the sides of the roads. High school students can get community service hours for this...hint, hint!
You can clean your neighborhood or a general Norton area that needs some attention. There is space in the registration form to indicate where you would like to help.
We will supply the gloves and trash bags that can be picked up at check-in. You can also pick up your cleaning kit at the Norton Highway Department the week prior to the event. Norton Highway will dispose of the trash.
The Town Clean Up Day is a joint effort of the Norton Select Board, Norton Highway, Norton Conservation and Norton Parks & Recreation Departments.
9-10 am -- Check-in Location TBD
10 am to 1 pm -- Let the cleaning begin!
