Are you passionate about the environment and looking for a way to make a real difference in your school and community? Keep Massachusetts Beautiful is excited to introduce Students for Environmental Action in Massachusetts (SEAM)—a new program designed to empower students like you to clean up, green up, and lead meaningful change.
What is SEAM?
SEAM clubs are high school environmental clubs affiliated with KMB that take direct action to tackle environmental issues. Unlike other environmental clubs that focus on discussion or policy, SEAM is all about taking direct action—from organizing litter cleanups and tree plantings to leading peer-to-peer education campaigns.
Why Start a SEAM Club?
When you start a SEAM club, you’ll receive free litter cleanup equipment (including litter grabbers and safety vests), access to a dedicated KMB mentor, invitations to exclusive Zoom meetups with student leaders across the state, and the chance to win our SEAM Club of the Year Award. Plus, you’ll get a digital toolkit, launch guide, and more to help your club thrive from day one.
